Refund policy

Returns & Refunds:

• You may return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Returns made after 30 days will incur a 25% restocking fee.
• Items purchased over 90 days ago are non-returnable.
• The products must obviously have been purchased from Ostomy Depot with supporting invoice
• Only returns of sealed products are accepted
• Products must have a remaining shelf life of 1 year or more
  

*Non-Returnable Items : 

• Aerosols, Bottles and Tubes with seal peeled off
• Any other products similar to the products listed above
• Special orders
• Items marked as liquidation or final sale

What's more,

The return of products to Ostomy Depot is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is justified by an error in the processing of your order (ex: receipt of the wrong product, error in the quantities received)

Credit or refund will be applied only after a detailed inspection of the returned items. Ostomy Depot staff reserves the right to refuse a credit or refund if the returned products are not suitable for resale (ex: damaged box, cigarette smell, etc.)
