Shipping & Delivery

Ostomy Depot offers free delivery across Canada* and United States* under certain conditions.

CANADA*
Free delivery for orders of $150 and more
$16,75 +tx delivery fee for orders under $150

UNITED STATES*
Free delivery for orders of $250 and more
Delivery fee of $24.99 +tx for orders between $100 and $250
Delivery fee of $29.99 +tx for orders under $100

Prices and shipping costs are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice depending on various factors such as shipping location, weight of merchandise and carrier costs.

Delivery service is available Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian holidays. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. on weekdays will be processed the following day.
Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday or the next following business day.

We reserve the right to select the delivery service of our choice depending on your location. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order in our system. We will attempt to notify you of the expected date of delivery to your home and will also attempt to provide you with a tracking number for your order after processing it. Delivery times vary depending on your location. We strive to respect the standard delivery time of 3 to 5 business days but cannot guarantee it. Some locations may benefit from a next day delivery service.

Several products are stored in our warehouses to allow us to ship them as soon as we receive your order, the same day or the next day (business day only). Items that are not in our warehouses may take several days or even a few weeks to be shipped from our warehouses depending on product availability from our various suppliers. We will notify you of any items that are not in our warehouses or are out of stock and when you should receive them.
